One of my strongest memories from Waltrip was hearing House of the Rising Sun by the Animals playing on the cafeteria jukebox.  We heard it over & over & over that fall, but I never tired of hearing it!  When I hear it today, it still takes me back to that era.

Boy does it.  In that I teach @ Waltrip, I think of that almost daily.  Alas, there is no more juke box.  That's one of my fondest memories also.  There was another song that was a real pretty song by some older guy that played a lot 2.  Waltrip is the only place where I ever heard it.  I think it was by Mel Torme.  Does anyone remember it & the name of it?

I remember hearing a song at lunch on the jukebox called

Hang On To Me.  Anyone remember it?? Don't know if it was

Mel Torme or someone else, but I loved that song.  And any

of the Beach Boys!
