Philip A. Chalk left us suddenly on April 29, 2012 while riding his motorcycle in Montgomery County, TX. Philip was born May 28, 1949 in Liberty, TX to Robert and Jewel Chalk. Philip grew up in Houston and worked for Stewart Tubular for the last 16 years.

Philip is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Jewel Chalk.

He is survived by his son, Andrew D. Chalk and wife Lisa; daughter, Ashley E. Chalk; stepson Michael Harris and wife Megan; brother, Robert W. Chalk; nephews, Robert and Richard Chalk; niece, Amanda Chalk; five grandchildren: Madeline and Evelyn Chalk, Hailey, Koeby, and Michael Harris IV; and extended friends and family.
