I was sorry to see this about Elaina passing. I remember her fondly from several classes we shared. Condolences to her family and friends at this sad time.

Elaina and I have been friends since the first year at Black Jr High. It's taken time before I could write this. She was a kind and sensitive person and if you had her for a friend you had someone that you could count on. I stayed with her for a week just before she passed away. She was in a rehab facility and I was pushing her back from lunch. As we passed the outside door I jerked open the door & told her we were going to smell the roses! We flew out the door & she started laughing. The ALARM started blaring & I said I think I got us in trouble! She threw her head back laughing & said You've been getting me in trouble all my life!!!what a memory what a gift
I thank God for that memory and gift. RIP my sweet friend.
