All I know about David's death is that he "had a bad heart" and he died near the end of July, 2014. If anyone else has additional information, please post it here. Thanks.
David did have a bad heart, and had had multiple heart attacks. He didn't want another operation and decided it was time to go, so when he had another heart attack, he made his peace and went to be with God. We will all miss "Monkey".
