These are some of the kind things said about Rosetta at the time of her death:

I am so sorry to hear of Rosetta's passing. She was a great co-worker, friend and confident. She was always quick to lend a hand when needed and a rock to so many. Our thoughts are with you. (Cheryl Dixon - Corpus)

My deepest sympathy to Jimmy, Rachel, and all of Rosetta's family. She was a lovely woman and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. (Linda Ellis - Corpus)

Rosetta's enthusiasm and work ethic was an inspiration to all of us. Her energy and determination to "get things done" kept us all looking for more to do in order to keep up with her. She connected her experiences in her life to others around her, and she was always willing to help problem solve any dilemma. Although we only knew her for a few years at her beloved and home-away-from-home deer lease, we will honor the times that we shared stories around the cast-iron stove, laughing at far-fetched tales about the hill country deer. Her great smile alongside her trophy deer will remain in our memories for many years to come. (Mark, Margaret, Trudi, and Kyle Clayton)
