Graduated U of H 1972 with BS/EED.
Got into Freight Forwarding thanks to Axel Zanelli, and ended up owning Elite Airfreight, Inc. Sold it in 2008 to Kuehne + Nagel, Inc.

Life is Good. If Axel comes to Houston, I owe him a steak dinner.

Interesting to see Oak Forest continue to grow and do well HISD apparently put a lot of money upgrading Waltrip. The house we sold on Chamboard in 1978 for $45,000 is now worth $450,000. (still same house)

I took auto mechanics. Wygant told me that mechanics were loosers. Best thing I ever did. Still love to work on old cars. I was in band in 65. Bert Roth was a genious. We were all lucky that Waltrip was well administered in those days in an affluent neighborhood. It was a kinder, more gentle existence back then. Our only worry was getting caught smoking before we left the parking lot.
